Childbirth Education
Our comprehensive childbirth education class is designed to empower expectant parents with the knowledge and skills needed for a confident and informed birth experience.
This 4 week course covers essential topics including:

- Hospital bag suggestions
- Postpartum and newborn care

Doulas can help!
Postpartum doulas take a holistic approach. Meaning, we provide whatever help you crave in the moment. Labor, delivery, and postpartum are full of the unpredictable, so we surround you with a supportive network to take care of everything - from your emotional wellbeing to your laundry pile. Pro active planning is always going to be our method in helping you plan for your new little one. However, if we step in and help with a reactionary rescue we are prepared for that too.
Birth Doula Support
A birth doula is having a constant source of information and support at your disposal! As your birth doula, we will walk with you as you navigate creating a birth plan, educating you on pain management options, and other non-pharmacological comfort measures.
Our In - Person Birth Doula Support includes:
- Up to 2 Virtual or In person prenatal visits
- Creating a Birth Plan
- Continuous Labor Support
- Immediate Postpartum Care
- Lactation Information
- Comfort Measures and Techniques
- Resource Referrals... and so much more!

Lactation Support
While our doulas can provide basic lactation support, our certified lactation specialist can provide specific guidance throughout your breastfeeding journey.
Individualized lactation support, either virtual or in-home, can help with:
- Issues with baby’s latch
- Healing sore nipples
- Milk supply issues
- Feeding positions
- Milk storage
- Pumping
- Prices are varied by virtual or in-person packages
- Starting at $75
Postpartum Doula Support
We provide in-home and virtual postpartum doula support to families in South Florida & the Tampa Bay area for the first 12 weeks after your baby is born.
Postpartum doula services include:
- One prenatal visit to create a plan for support
- Education + evidence-based information on recovery, newborn care, and feeding
- Overnight Support
- Light household chores.
- Care for baby while you take time to rest and shower
- Connection to local and online resources as needed
- $35 - $45 hourly + applicable travel fees.
Postpartum doula support services can last anywhere from a few visits to more than 3 months. We can develop a customized plan based on your individual needs.
