Tessa & I just completed the OR & PACU training at Tampa General Hospital.

This is a service we are thrilled to offer our clients. From the first twinges of labor all the way through to the postpartum recovery, we are there with you every step of the way - even if the outcome is not what you had planned.

Tampa General Hospital is the only hospital in Hillsborough County at this time that allows trained birth doulas to go to these designated areas & they are thrilled to have doulas as part of the team. South Florida don't lose hope! We are advocating for you and are feverishly working to get this training started so that this is a service that is offered to you as well.

- TGH is pro-vaginal birth

- They allow the use of nitrous oxide during labor

- Obviously they allow your doula to follow you in your care all they way to delivery & postpartum.
